Fairfax EggBank is recognized as a premier egg donation program and is one of the largest and most experienced egg banks in the world which is why so many clinics choose to work with us both locally and internationally. We are currently recruiting donors to be part of our Australia program and your application meets the eligibility criteria. **IMPORTANT NOTE: You will not travel to Australia – just your eggs will!!
What is the Australia program?
Australia has a great need for egg donors, and it may be possible to ship your eggs there to help recipients in that country achieve their dreams of creating a family.
Due to their local laws, recipients in Australia can only utilize egg donors who have consented to participate in our ID option program. If you agree to participate in our Australia program, your identifying information will be held by a Central Registry in Australia. This information can be requested by the donor conceived child after they turn 18 through a medical practitioner or an appropriately qualified health professional. This is not a guarantee your information will be shared, but can be requested.
In order to be part of the Australia ID program, you will need to:
- Complete all medical screening – including a physical exam, genetic testing, infectious disease testing
- Submit the required documents – pap smear result (if 21+), transcripts, childhood and adulthood photos
- Complete a mental health evaluation with a US-based provider
- Complete a Skype/phone evaluation with an Australian counselor
- Complete the appropriate consent forms

If you choose not to participate in the Australia program, we regret to inform you that you will not be eligible to be a donor with Fairfax EggBank at this time.
